It was a terrible experience. I will die of hunger and never work there again. Salary is good but they also make a lot of deductions when you are late and you are not able to come to office due to any reason.

First thing first. Salary date is 7th of each month. Too late. The company is blaklisted by banks and credit card companies. You will have a hard time to get any loan approved. No growth opportunities. They deduct amount from your salary if you opt for their can service.

Open door policy is only on paper this company never work on policy OPERATIONS : HOD balbir he treat agent as slave and AM mangesh and TL shubham never help whenever required HR : pooja and gaurav never committed to there words Common issues : salary dedication 250 for full day extra and 150 for half day for absent days there There is is public holiday provided by company in operations Salary issue for every month

Colleague and other senior designation worker are helping and good to mentor new members

Salary deduction due to their policy which new members don't know because as usually we didn't get that much time to read their policies of 25 pages.

I have joined Ienergizer last year recently I had arguments with my AM his is using unprofessional way of talking or thread me everytime I will hold your salary and all after this he also hold my salary then I complaint with HR after this he is now targetting me and his manager also supported him this is my one of the worst experience which I faced in my career the environment is not good really.
