Less to No work life balance.. Salary structure is not at par with industry norms.. Promotion and growth prospects are dependent on way too many permutations and combinations and are not guaranteed even after spending 7-8 years and consistent performance.

Good culture and excellent work experience the company is open innovation and readily adopts latest technology l love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable ,high quality products and has a global client base as a result

Compensation is decent but growth is fast work pressure nathing 8-9 hour straight in a day

Employees are not colleagues. All are family members.

Company given importance to new joinee like a person change from another company. He got more salary and band change. That person only 1 or 2 yrs experience. But most of people more than 5years experience in same company. He got salary less than new joinee. So pls encourage and give importance to old employee.

Salary received on time no delays. Leaves system was also as per the requirements

Breaks are not appropriate I have medical issues like over active bladder I need to go to washroom frequently between one two hours but there is no break just you have to take permissions for that also break schedule not good

I had good co- workers with me. Friendly Team leader. That was the best part in my department.

Dislikes

...y. The TL and management will make your life hell. Even they call you on Sunday. With no extra pay.No work life balance at all.
