Everything, work culture is pathetic, salary is market minimum, work planning is pathetic as well most teams are just eating each others business, team leaders are lost when I comes to challenges, and the worst operations teams ever, if you are in sales you would wish you never worked. Dying a beggar is better than joining this place

Work-Life balance is.. like hell promotion are based on your performance this is true but work culture is not good if your senior don't want to work with you they will torcher you to resign there is no job security skills development and learning is nothing, not at all

No work life balance. You can hardly manage your personal and professional life here simultaneously. Upper Management treats like robot. Although your working days are Mon-Fri, but you have to work on weekends also unofficially otherwise you’ll be scolded by upper management. Some old VPs working here are annoying.

...management but for Customer ( unless you are CSG or CEO group customer) also. When each activity Risk Engineering Department is doing is to befool MD by just adding presentation slides & selling those slides to MD for Justifying salary of 2 people 1 heading Risk engineering and another heading VAS.. and a team of 50 people just there for helping these 2 people justify their jobs & salary. In a nut shell is like monkey story who just rolls on every problem and asking team members that he is trying his level best a providing solution to the problem just by keep rolling. The end Loser is Top Management who trust these jerks and cannot identify them as jerks ... And they are happy being fooled by these jerks . And end up loosing their credibility not only to employees but to customers.
