Everything, work culture is pathetic, salary is market minimum, work planning is pathetic as well most teams are just eating each others business, team leaders are lost when I comes to challenges, and the worst operations teams ever, if you are in sales you would wish you never worked. Only the work is sorted.

Dislikes

Salary is too much low as compared to other companies even for experience people. If someone work honestly means He/she is considered as foolish person and becomes ineligible for appraisal.Company is good but they keep such a people who don't how to speak English well and how to Manage everything.They select those TL's who are fully partial . Even They did not share full information of process with experience employees who are working since 2 or 3 years.
