Everything, work culture is pathetic, salary is market minimum, work planning is pathetic as well most teams are just eating each others business, team leaders are lost when I comes to challenges, and the worst operations teams ever, if you are in sales you would wish you never worked. Dying a beggar is better than joining this place

Worst company no work life balance they will hire for inbount and make you to do outcalls and force to sale eventhough customer is not intrested no incentive it management of company is worst part any technical issue epmloye have to compensate the deviations double standard management

Work Life Balance is Better for those who are doing alternative work also like freelancer,event management,any sport player. there is many shift available Like mrng, general,semi general, night shift, there is no fix shift and also rotational 2 weekoff.

Salary is good. Benefits for employees are good.job security is there.Eveeything is almost automated.Manual work is less

There is no work life balance at all. All the work is just given to you suddenly. 2 to 3 weekends in a month goes in office work.No proper division of work. Politics is there.Partiality is there. Lot of late sitting. No proper planning.

Salary is too much low as compared to other companies even for experience people. If someone work honestly means He/she is considered as foolish person and becomes ineligible for appraisal.Company is good but they keep such a people who don't how to speak English well and how to Manage everything.They select those TL's who are fully partial . Even They did not share full information of process with experience employees who are working since 2 or 3 years.
