There is no work life balance at all. All the work is just given to you suddenly. 2 to 3 weekends in a month goes in office work.No proper division of work. Politics is there.Partiality is there. Lot of late sitting. No proper planning.

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Everything is worth from the top level to bottom level no one is supportive even HR's only listen to top level like your manager you are reporting to ... No appraisal no hike nothing specially for campus hire.. If you r fresher so definitely you will get 5 rating and no hike ,even you did too good in terms of business... No one will listen your point , top level is always right here
