Compensation and salary is good working there 9 hours shift ,the process of work is decent ,if you are working in sales then yes, pressure is there ,that we have to handle all this , n yes manager not take any suggestions , lots of partiality is there ,

Breaks are not appropriate I have medical issues like over active bladder I need to go to washroom frequently between one two hours but there is no break just you have to take permissions for that also break schedule not good

Koi equality nh h, manager behavior is very bad, partially karte h, such bolne vale ko company se fire krte h, sab k liye ek rules h but manager o follow nh krta uske important person k liye jyada benefit dikhata h aise logonki wajah se hi company ka nam kharb hota hai.

Work Life Balance is Better for those who are doing alternative work also like freelancer,event management,any sport player. there is many shift available Like mrng, general,semi general, night shift, there is no fix shift and also rotational 2 weekoff.

No Fix shift, sunday no fix weekoff.Low salary.
