The organization is target driven and you have a secured job unless you have some integrity issue.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Appraisals are dependent on relations with your manager. Growth rate is very slow for both career as well as salary. Abusive managers.

Toxic behaviour by top management, and HR will not supportive, On every day 4-5 con call , work under pressure , HR will transfer any time any where without prior notice, old employees are permanent दामाद of company, they will not accept new employees.

Internal politics , No increment till 5 yrs, no receive bonus till 5 yrs, no salary hike till 5 yrs. Company HR's not given 1st preference to state employees. They hiring MBA students from other states like, UP, Kolkata, Odisa. And given high starting packages 8 L , 9L , 10L-12L, State employees only sufferring and working hard, Zero growth. And HR team is non trustable, They saying one thing while hiring, And you get someting else. # Career ki Dhajiya
