... gang. 4. No one bother about your problems including Higher authority people 5. There is no rating system and high bonus. If you get attracted to handsome bonus amount then remember market doesn’t consider that bonus amount as it is not fixed n market consider it as variable. Even your promotion market doesn’t consider as it is on the basis of tenure and not your capability . 6. Even AGM DGM people talk in Hindi. Seen people wearing jeans even on weekdays and no one says anything to them. Unhygienic washrooms, seen people coming at 12pm 11am inspite of there is 100% work from office. All these pointers are suffice to show you a real picture of ICICI.

Office location is too far. It almost taking 2.5 hrs that to with Public transport. If atleast bus facility can be provided from Nodal points like Railway stations it will be better

They believe in cost cutting they hire 1 person and load them with 4 people's work which leads to 12-16 hours of working, no professionalism throughout all the levels from top to bottom, Pathetic work culture,outdated systems, worst place to work, conjusted work environment, seniors just want productivity they are least bothered about the employees problems they just rudely yell like illiterates and when you tell your problem they do not care & never come up with solutions to problem, not a employee friendly company, HOD, leaders & seniors do not consider your problems they instead they are ok with employees leaving the company.

Work life balance is not there. It depends on the team you work for, there are some teams in which office politics don’t happen and vice a versa. As this is a bank space, there would be a lot of competition, comparisons so be careful with these things most probably comparisons never end well.
