Training is not given to employees you have to learn from the existing employees even people 2 to 3 grades lower to you ,so a person always has limited information about a activity. You can we asked to do those activities that are for lower grades then you.

No work life balance. Too much of pressure and stress. 9 to 9 working hours. Job security depends on the mercy of your seniors

Dislikes

...e. First of all there is no confidentiality at all especially in branch banking. People can easily view your salary details in the system. And then comes the nightmare, the seniors always keep on taunting and pointing out your salary and grade. And then there are people who are incapable of achieving anything in life and are working in their comfort zone for years keep mocking. Too much of politics

Nice experience and i have learned lot of things by working here and keep learning. Working culture is good and job stability and growth opportunities are excellent in this organisation.

ICICI Bank is known for Job Security which is rated at the top and given a rating of 4.1. However, Salary & Benefits is rated the lowest at 3.4 and can be improved.

Likes

Seniors are cooperative and guide properly.Get good exposure in work.Allow sick leave when I am ill.Even they allow you to appear interview without question.No harrassment.The 40% target is high on first year.Bank dhould revisit hr policy as employees learn and leave whe they peak.

Dislikes

They do not pay any bonus and increment in first year on some pretext.They have a HR policy to transfer staff to 2000 km away which is as good as resignation.They keep on recruiting and allow existing staff member to leave .However they do not harrass during notice period.

I like very much about ICICI is Job security, Work culture, Compensation and Benefits.

Dislikes

Office location is too far. It almost taking 2.5 hrs that to with Public transport. If atleast bus facility can be provided from Nodal points like Railway stations it will be better
