Nothing as such. Too bad working culture no career growth and minimum opportunity. Low opportunity to new joiners

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address any issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners

The company & seniors are open to innovation & welcomes the new ideas & suggestions to improvement the existing ones. And at last, the HR policy in the company is very good which provide the security employee.
