Hi there , I have recently completed 2 rounds of interview with the ICICI for the position of Datawarehouse Architect(DATA ENGINEER) and the discussions with HR were very positive and they told me they will be soon contacting me for salary discussions. I searched through different platforms but I am unable to get exactly what is the range of this at ICICI, I have over 2 years of experience and my current CTC is 12LPA, It would be helpful for me to know what can be the expected range that I can have for this role at ICICI

Nothing as such. Too bad working culture no career growth and minimum opportunity. Low opportunity to new joiners

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address any issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners

The company & seniors are open to innovation & welcomes the new ideas & suggestions to improvement the existing ones. In the company seniors are very co-operative & supportive and also give valuable suggestions & provide help in improvement of employee. And at last, the HR policy in the company is very good which provide the security employee.
