Everything is so negative. The total culture is unhealthy and full of humiliation. No PMS system and flat variable pay so employee dont work properly. The whole team busy with unnecessary concalls theoughout the day only. Most worst culture even bad than HDFC

Our jobs are at stake! But even during lockdown company has paid us and given last year's bonus. Extreme business pressure much more than previous year irrespective of covid situation. But if you can do business you can survive in this organization.

Dislikes

Bank is forcing employees to come to branches any how and ground level employees are facing huge financial problems due to that because trains are not running. HR no longer exists only Regional heads are there who only cares about business and they don't care about how employees are coming to office and going back home in this covid situation when buses are loaded with people. Bank is not giving any conveyance for hiked up travel expenses which is a huge cause of concern for i banks employees. But nobody cares.

Working with ICICI Bank is always a great experience. The culture and learning ambious helps to develope skill and knowledge simultaneously. It has its brand value and one ambitious staff can look forward for a bright future in career where ICICI Bank will alwys provide his support and guidance.

Salary structure should be improved. Still we are not getting enough compensation comparatively with other banks. Another thing is working hour,,, we are not getting paid for overtime but still we need to work beyond our stipulated working hours.

No work life balance daily targets of various banking products sometimes branch manager make employees to sit late in the branch, no skill development at all. Banking industry is worst to start your career.

...and audit teams are involving the branches and wrong potrait to super officials. Low level lady staff are working for only salary not for organisation. They will escalate the small things to HR also.
