Working with icici is gud u get learn many things but if ur looking for salary part then it's very poor here offered salary and the salary u get has a huge difference after u joined icici u will regert like me over ur decision were as ur in situation that u can't leave the job and ur stucked their.

It's working load and less salary increment and less growth opportunities.

It's a very secured Job. Motivate your self to move forward in order to be a kean professional in different aspects. Timely you have to go through multiple levels of working challenges.

Low rate of salary/Grade increments. No hybrid working options.

Worst timings. More than 12 hours need to work some times No work life balance. No respect no support for few members I don't recommend trade finance operations ORM section. Pressure to do multiple works in less time . Poor training. No support for few members. No quality only quantity based works . Daily 120 percent productivity 10 hours login and 9 hours productivity time .

And here are some things which I-Bank should improve on : Login time is 09 hours and 36 mins. (that too with rigidity) Maximum it should be 09 hours not more than this. Strictness in lunch and tea break. Extra break are not allowed. Meals are not provided. Work-life balance is somewhat difficult. No provision for half-day work.

...gement is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow.
