They just hire candidates on the pretext of job opportunity and salary, but the job demands everything and gives just peanuts of salary in return because the salary has a verry big variable portion that includes Performance linked retention pay, cost of loan, deferred pay, etc. The actual fixed in hand salary is nothing but peanuts.
