I only like one thing salary is on time other wise I didn't find anything positive in ICICI Bank

As a sales officer for girl employees ICICI bank is not a good place even management not support you either you are girl there is no timing you have to late sit by 8 o clock My final suggestion try to concern first as a girl when you are trying to join in ICICI Bank

Overall the organisation in terms of salary structure, Work life balance and promotion appraisal is better than any other existing Bank.

Dislikes

The organization is certainly not meant for employees who are novice in the banking field. The training and helping environment is not at all good.

Grading system is not there. Decent salary for beginners

Work life balance is very poor. Expected to do most of customer's part of documentation also. Expected to be available irrespective of holidays. Being service sector it's both physically and emotionally exhausting

People, leadership, sick leaves not approved - causing loss of pay, unorganised, manual data entry, ancient systems, frequent pointless meetings and have no clear agenda that stretch beyond 1 hr (max. 5 hrs), no work from home almost always required to work from anywhere on sick leave, have strict login and logout times,
