I only like one thing salary is on time other wise I didn't find anything positive in ICICI Bank

As a sales officer for girl employees ICICI bank is not a good place even management not support you either you are girl there is no timing you have to late sit by 8 o clock My final suggestion try to concern first as a girl when you are trying to join in ICICI Bank

... Even if you are not knowledgeable you need to remain in good books in ZH ad RH. Be their chamcha and you will get good promotion and raise in the salary. Be a bootlicker.

Very focused on Skill development, no boss management culture, lots of data oriented actionable taken, very tech savvy and technology oriented, Strong HR policies.

Dislikes

...gement. Decision made only upon statistical reference instead of ground reality. Very poor compensation policy, no incentive or rating culture. Man marking, staff usages, proper staff onboarding, training and monitoring are missing. Depth not there to generate more business, thus missing out market share in most of the non metro or semi urban location.

Salary Structure. Work timing (but it solely depends on the team you work for)

It depends on the team you work for and mainly the manager who you are reporting to. I am having a bad experience only because of the manager as she is micro managing and unnecessarily shouts at things that has 0 value addition to the tasks. Nothing major to learn in the profile, it's mostly ppt and excel work.

Job security is there and salary credited timely

Dislikes

No work life balance daily targets of various banking products sometimes branch manager make employees to sit late in the branch, no skill development at all. Banking industry is worst to start your career.
