I only like one thing salary is on time other wise I didn't find anything positive in ICICI Bank

As a sales officer for girl employees ICICI bank is not a good place even management not support you either you are girl there is no timing you have to late sit by 8 o clock My final suggestion try to concern first as a girl when you are trying to join in ICICI Bank

Salary Structure. Work timing (but it solely depends on the team you work for)

It depends on the team you work for and mainly the manager who you are reporting to. I am having a bad experience only because of the manager as she is micro managing and unnecessarily shouts at things that has 0 value addition to the tasks. Nothing major to learn in the profile, it's mostly ppt and excel work.

No work life balance daily targets of various banking products sometimes branch manager make employees to sit late in the branch, no skill development at all. Banking industry is worst to start your career.

Pay is huge. But life is hard in icici.

Dislikes

Culture is highly toxic. Highly autocratic supervisory and assembly line work routine. Employees are seen as work skippers or lazyheads. Knowledge, information or experience do not matter here. You just need to work like a machine. Office premises resemble a godown with broken chairs, no ventilation with non-functional acs and fans. For the money, employees are expected to drain their physical, mental, personal and emotional well being within the office itself. Worst of all, there is zero chance to learn or even improve your skill(s) because work is highly monotonous and only TAT oriented. No importance given to quality or good performance.

...and audit teams are involving the branches and wrong potrait to super officials. Low level lady staff are working for only salary not for organisation. They will escalate the small things to HR also.
