Culture is bad, favourism, biasgness, agents abusing on floor, management is not capable to handle the processes, The ops team.is not capable due to which process are getting wramp down.

All other factors are the worst case scenarios, management, growth, salary commited by hr and TL doesn't value at all they will lay u what they want ,and not what u deserve

The best thing I like the character of their people,they are very helping nature, as I am thinking if any freshers want to work then they should start from iccs because they can learn everything very easily from that company because they will get full support.

The most important thing is salary, if we are going for work then we want good salary package,they not increase salary package.
