IBM provides a very good job security for its employees and maintains a healthy work environment. It does not tolerate any kind of work place harassment. It is a great place to work in.

There were certain competencies which paid very well while other competencies pay so much less.

Lot of projects available to engage people. More Onsite opportunity .

Skills are under utilized due to project pressure. Salary is low compared to market standard and appraisal takes lot of time. Insurance policy is poor.

you will get stucked in leaning loop to learn their own tech stech which are not that famous in market, stop thinking about leaning new skillset while working you will drop the knowledge of your existing skillset you carry,

L&D team is good to conduct multiple trainings. They have certification program which can be utilised to upskill and get certified.

Salary hike is below industry standard. Promotion depends on the visibility of the project.
