As a fresher start with Wipro is fare. The more you learn the more you grow within the organisation end number of opportunities available. Job security is there, always remember you are working in private sector, your deliverables will decide your journey.

Good for a fresher to start of with as Wipro doesn't hire experienced people because they will have to pay more.

After working for 6 years the CTC did not cross ₹20,000 let's not talk about the in hand compensation

I almost worked 2years in wipro. It's a great pleasure to work in a positive work atmosphere , great support, company culture.

The only thing is salary and work satisfaction at the end of the day I think lack of promotions /hikes are the major drawbacka

Salary is very less even though u get any promotion. But you will get more knowledge if you are okay with less salary It will be best company to learn and gain knowledge

No Hikes- hike is just 3-5 % with low package, No promotions, Only Politics.. If they want us they will give lot of work to us. Mainly they will focus on the outside employees and there is no encouragemebt for the person who started the journy in the same organization I hate you Wipro and I will not come again
