...hough there are vast growth opportunities, however compensation is very minimal. You will motivated for delivering a project, at the same time you will be very disappointed with the pay rise IBM gives. Great work culture and good learning opportunity.

Very minimal pay rise in IBM does not motivate lot of people to stay in the organisation for long.

Nothing as such, it was good company earlier but now.

...fficult to get project. For everything management will threat to put you in PIP. No salary hike.

...experience as there won't be any chance for you to get a project of your desire. Salary benefits and hikes are minimal. Forget about promotions, you can be in the same position even during your retirement. IBM is managed by managers and managers are managed by their loyal puppets.

IBM is really good company to work for, better work life balance, work culture, work satisfaction, transparency, team building activities and learning support everything is good.

Low salary increments and promotions are hard to get.
