Truely professional and supportive staff with remarkable process knowledge due to the robust training given at the inception. Employees are given full freedom to com up with ideas and introduce innovation to the process flow. I always notice there is competition with cooperation

Dislikes

Although the management is really supportive, the company doesn't provide good salary, there no facility as bonus or shift allowance and annual hike is also no at all satisfactory.

The best company to work but only if they pay some extra pennis to us and now the best part is that the concentrix has now collaboration with CONVERGES ( the dad of bpo ) .....

...less it find u belong to a perticular region or language. So wouldn't recommend. Additionally very less pay and no perks. U never expect for promotion even.

If u are having higher band it will be difficult to get projects. If u are not in project no job security.

Salary is ok to CTC Always one or other functions will be there but if u attend the function u need extend in your working hours Trips - Food in quarterly budget is good

Worst management no proper HR policies, Manager is superior and no value for individual ideas and innovations. Overall ill rate 3 out of 5
