The only good thing about my time here was the team. The company's culture went steep low because of one person's command and control. Technology wise there's no proper vision and roadmap. There has to be a senior person to lead. You cannot run the company with mass freshers.

Salary not crediting in time. Epf not crediting in time. Management took least interest in listening to employees when they were fired left and right. The man in command didn't even care for genuine medical reasons when asked for wfh for so many people. Even people who got fractured leg were asked to apply for leaves until healed. I mean what sort of rigid rule is this. Give the flexibility to employees with genuine visible reasons. Being rigid about rules will bring the company down. That one person.. management couldn't do anything about that ONE person. The Man in command enjoyed firing people during the peak time of recession.

...l apply Work from Home they will say we are not able to monitor so please apply leave Instead of Work From Home In the compensation they will provide something like skill development cost but forst you will have to show them the Passing Certificate then they will pay the Cost which is mentioned on the Bill you paid for the certification and that too you have to take permission from your manager and then his manager and them Vice President for Skill development cost reimbursement

...here feels like high school rules and timings you must maintain more than 8hrs. No bonus nothing. Work until unless you finish it.

No Benefits apart from Salary. No Work life balance. Hikes will not be given on time. Your work pressure and tensions depends on your Manager. Too much pressurised.
