The only good thing about my time here was the team. The company's culture went steep low because of one person's command and control. Technology wise there's no proper vision and roadmap. There has to be a senior person to lead. You cannot run the company with mass freshers.

Dislikes

Salary not crediting in time. Epf not crediting in time. Management took least interest in listening to employees when they were fired left and right. The man in command didn't even care for genuine medical reasons when asked for wfh for so many people. Even people who got fractured leg were asked to apply for leaves until healed. I mean what sort of rigid rule is this. Give the flexibility to employees with genuine visible reasons. Being rigid about rules will bring the company down.
