Comes to office by 12.00 noon (till 12.00 noon thinks whom to fire that day) sits in a meeting room with his coterie - Digital Scrum Master and a few others and bad mouthing about everyone on their back. Everyday employees are terminated. Every day - Performance warning emails are sent on the instructions of SVP by his coterie scrum master - who has no authority or expertise to validate the work being done by the team. Useless HR Manager. Incompetent leadership team in i-exceed. TDS yet to be paid to IT Authorities for all of the 500+ employees for the entire FY and so is EPF. Salaries never paid on-time. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
