Don't join as Contract Employee there

Dislikes

Insufficient pay, work won't be Good with that kind of work moving out from there is difficult. No work life balance. They won't give leaves even you worked day and night and even weekends. Learning will be poor. There is no WFH. They will give all junk work to Contract employees. Pay and Bonus are good for permanent employees.

No salary increments No value shown to Contract employees No policies to make employee a permanent even after working 5 years Organization uses inhouse tools, so no scope for learning new technologies No promotions and career growth

To be honest there is nothing good to look for here. Senior management think employees as donkey. Only the good part is you will get the salary in time.

Everything is bad except the in time salary, though the salary is comparatively very very less and it wouldn't meet your requirements or satisfaction. More work less salary.

... mates. Work will be somewhat tedious but we can get hold of it after some time. But the salary will be less and hike will be depending on performance.
