Salary growth is very low, even after 5 years the in-hand salary is nearly same as a fresher. There are too many support jobs where one will be stuck. So learning and earning both are very less as compared to market standard

The company has a very good management professional and HR to reach for the change of project or in any support. Good work culture. For skill development there is lot of opportunities either in digital applications or in IRC with some very good books.

Dislikes

Following the same hike percentage for freshers and lateral entry is not fair. Even after 8 years You could see that the person often switch has greater pay scale than the person who is loyal to TCS. In Promotions manager would play a political game there.
