Working at Huawei as developer makes you to expose into various fields like development, testing, maintenance, production support. So will get hands on knowledge on most of the things. But you can't become and expert in any of the field. You gets very less time to code ,delivery and testing. They don't bother about quality much as delivery is most important thing. I delivered more than 150 packages in a span of 2 years. They having huge campus and gym where you can go for a walk and run at evening time, infact you wont get time to do those actually. There is a lounge room on some of the floors, you can sleep at night if you have more work to do....Read More

Work culture is terrible, sometimes I even stay in office for continuous 2 days with out sleeping.There is a chance of damage of health to most of the employees.Now a days they have been selling most of their products to othr companies like CSI, so many employees have to resign and join that company.HRs are even more terrible, they don't even know that you exists in that company. Terrible, only Permanent Employees are good, Its hell to work as a Contract employee. no Proper hikes,recognition . Prefer not to work as a Contract Employee.
