Don't join as Contract Employee there

Dislikes

Insufficient pay, work won't be Good with that kind of work moving out from there is difficult. No work life balance. They won't give leaves even you worked day and night and even weekends. Learning will be poor. There is no WFH. They will give all junk work to Contract employees. Pay and Bonus are good for permanent employees.

...company need to finish the project earlier and will get more projects,profit . Especially permanent employee either work or not but they will get good bonus, that's why Huawei permanent employee all are working more then 15 years also where I seen ,no where people will like this..
