Nothing I like about huawei.

Dislikes

Management of the company played with most Indians carriers. Hired them on good package and and fired them only on the basis of cost cutting. I've to work for 14-18 hours straight in a day. Managers were not at all supportive. If they give handsome offer to you please don't join them they will ruine your career.

Likes

No hike. No bonus, prefer only those old people who are there in company from 14-15 yrs. No career growth. Very pathetic work life balance.

Bad work life balance, no career growth. No salary hike for all employees

Insufficient pay, work won't be Good with that kind of work moving out from there is difficult. No work life balance. They won't give leaves even you worked day and night and even weekends. Learning will be poor. There is no WFH. They will give all junk work to Contract employees. Pay and Bonus are good for permanent employees.

Likes

It's china company,you can feel some policies are not good as compared to other MNC companies. Most of the projects related to huawei own projects and their own technologies. It will help to huawei,but once you come out most of the skills not usefull out side of this organisation. People get onsite opportunities easily if you are working on huawei technology and if you have good understanding about huawei products and work culture.

...ut monitored strictly for contractors. No permanent opportunity for contractors.salary hike are less ,but bonus will be there and finally it's based on work and etc.. again.

The thing which I like about Huawei is they provide anual bonus twice a year.also u get to learn a lot while working on the various projects.

Dislikes

There is no work and life balance They ask you to work continously. I have come across colleagues who has ended up sleeping inside the campus due to late night work.. Compony should seriously think about this.. Also digital factory is major turn off They expect you to meet target everday based on WO If u fail they ask you to work even weekend to meet ur preductivity else confront you. My Reason to put this comment only that I comes to componys notice anyhow and compony could take appropriate action to improve the work environment for the employees. However in Huawei your hardwork os encased no doubt...
