Too much politics. And a very toxic place for people. Too many gaps in process. They make sure you're life becomes hell if you ever plan to leave. In my opinion, if there is an opportunity outside here, you can always think about it.

... very friendly work culture .Infact during covid times intial March our CEO Mr .Srikanth Iyer had also split our salary and had provided early financial aid during the completion of 15 days . I'd always love the sentence which he often mentioned in his briefing saying " We all are a family". I felt really secure.

I really wanted to continue my work in Homelane but due to covid during March I was laid off .One morning I got a call from a senior and was informed that they had to let me go as the company is under heavy loss due to covid. I was taken aback and wondered how was this possible . Homelane is a well funded company and infact had made huge profits which was celebrated during the annual town hall meeting. This was an immature step which they took & it deeply hurt me evrytime I imagined Mr Iyer saying' we are a family'.They could have taken a slightly different approach & recommended us somewhere else or atleast told us in advance that look for work somewhere else because we are under loss. There was no prior notice for their actions and I'm jobless since more than 7 months now.Im the sole bread earner for my family & their actions deeply , negativily affected me.

Pathetic work life balance, festival month becomes disaster as you have to work constantly for the whole month with only 2-3 week offs. Also, irrelevant pressure is constantly made on employees. If you have no personal life then you can think about working here. All you are expected to work like a donkey day and night to meet your targets, there is nothing to new to learn that will bring boost to your career. Rather than wasting your time, look for some better job that will support your financial and career growth for long term.

... culture very bad. Always forced by your manager to do work on your leave day's. Your manger will raised debite against you without your confirmation then your salary will deducted. After all out 5/5 performance they will realise that you are nothing , you didn't nothing . And i internal politics is very bad. They will never promote you after your good performance.very bad for designer ,sales, operations team . No leaves allowed even in festival or emergency .if you sales was not done properly then your leave will be cancelled and pressurise you for paper down.

Pay structure is good, but none the less if you survive the high end politics.
