Too much work load and Job responsiblities fir asst manager level , salary is not at Par against job responsibilities company get work of Manufacturing manager, QA managers at this level ,but salary is less . Poor increment , No job security at Senior manger level

...arent. Things that are documented in the full year appraisal are not adhered to. The compensation benefits like company shares come with a 3 year lock-in period, which means at any point of time your less than 3 year old shares that is part of your compensation will be at risk if you decide to quit or switch from this organisation. The internal job posting process is a scam as you won’t even get considered for a role as there always would be a preferred candidate. People who are close to the hiring manager get considered for the role even if their working experience is no where near the job requirements. The function which i work in got restructured twice in a period 9 months just because people in the senior leadership thought there was a need to do so. Infact the third time the restructuring that happened was to roll back to initial structure which we began with. All of this chaos with no regard for the people working in these roles. And the no recognition whatsoever for people working in the function who ensured the ball on execution doesn’t get dropped while the transition happens. The culture at HUL is going down the hill, this not the same organisation I joined.

Excellent Brand Value In market.when you come from telecom or any Direct selling company then HUL is haven for you.

Dislikes

Lowest sales and perk, unclear CTC calculation. Variable part is so high. Fixed is only 60% of total salary and Increment is worst if you spent 5-6 year your Increment only 50k to 80k total in 5-6 yr. Promotion is very slow and tough. FSCE culture is worst But thanks to Ex CCM Anuj agrawal He cut hand of FSCEs FSCEs degrade Company reputation always They are Chablus in nature.

Hul is a learning factor organisation. They creat a skillful person, HUL is not organisation HUL is school of marketing and how to do work in proper for self development.
