The way they pull in people when they require is extra marvelous, specially the HR dept. They promise many things when they are hiring you.

Dislikes

Dislike, so many to name & the list doesn't end. First of all the blue belt (actual employees) are hardly working and more show offs but end up getting lott of salary and perks throughout. The red belt (the third party employees), will be made to work like dogs with least salary and no extra benefits. Secondly, if red belt person resigns, the blue belted team with throw a lott of tantrums and attitude and make sure they bluff and make wrong statements about the person leaving so that he/she is insulted in the office....its not at all a good place and environment to work...whts the use to work with such type of people.

Good Compensation and benefits. Opportunities to switch roles internally into diverse roles, Brand value.

Dislikes

Bureaucratic. Cannot grow here without viability at Director level. Managers have tendency to push work down and just follow up. 360 degree performance review with multiple stakeholders to be introduced instead of dependency on single manager to define your growth and success. Need more dynamic managers/ leaders who prioritize company growth beyond their growth and visibility.

Too much work load and Job responsiblities fir asst manager level , salary is not at Par against job responsibilities company get work of Manufacturing manager, QA managers at this level ,but salary is less . Poor increment , No job security at Senior manger level

Hul is a learning factor organisation. They creat a skillful person, HUL is not organisation HUL is school of marketing and how to do work in proper for self development.

Promotion strategy is very poor and salary in ground level employees.

...d. The management is narrow minded. There is no growth and no new opportunities. The salary and appraisals are a joke.
