Salary is around 23 to 28k ctc. In the name of dynamic process there is no urge to develop a stream to the process Favoritism is at top from superiors, offcourse for females only. (IYKYK) Contract which gets renewed every month, Hopes are given that we will put you on pay role, but even after hardwork and efforts nothing is granted to you. No job security at all

Not job Satisfaction and Growth knowledge in HGS, Salary and increment is very low compared to other companies. Freshers only can choose this company for just a train about the corporate. Have some politics bet ween the team.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
