Additionally, navigating large-scale industrial environments often involves dealing with rigid processes, Salary , promotion which might feel restrictive at times. Job security is the main reason why hindalco is the best place to work.

Dislikes

There is no salary benefits and no work life balance. You'll only get 1 promotion in 3-4 years minimum and the company culture is the worst. Employees only talk to the people who are higher than them in the hierarchical ladder and treat the juniors with disrespect.
