Culture, management is more focused towards numbers and for that they don't care about own peoples health, work life balance. In my tenured I have seen many a times unprofessional behaviour by senior in teams call.

THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO MEET CUSTOMERS AND MAKE FIELD TRIPS BUT WILL NOT PAY YOU DESPITE OF AGREEGING TO PAY AS PER BANK'S POLICY. MANAGERS ARE ABUSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A SLAVE AND IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS CULTURE AND REPORT THE SAME TO HR, HR WILL NOT HELP OR RATHER SIDE WITH THE MGMT. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Salary and compensation: People coming from outside can take some very good hike while joining HDFC. They don't limit that upto 25 to 30% hike, if you can negotiate better, you can take some good hike which other banks might not offer, people gets upto 50 to 60% hike while joining from other banks. Home loan rate of interest is 2.5% to 4% for employees Car loan rate of interest 4% Personal Loan rate of interest is at around 5% 5 working days 1 day work from home in a week. Organization culture: Most of the people are there in the bank since inception and for many of them this might be the first organisation, due to this there is pros and cons, those people have not worked outside HDFC are not experienced the outside world and thinks in their own way, people who are very senior are very loyal to the organisation and gave all their life to build this organisation, hence they have different emotions involved in to it.

Only good name of bank to work for Immense work pressure so learning is obvious Apart from own Kra you also work on various projects so multitasking is adopted Coordinating with multiple teams and people lead to strong networking

Bad paymaster Unorganised team structure Verry slow growth in grade n salary Tech challenged no IT and HR support Insufficient work space for employees No HR involvement and team building activities

Bank wants the staff should closed staff loans immediately at the time of resignation else they will stop the salary . Also when we applied for the bt for HL the stop salary will create trouble. Lack of trust of seniors and treating like a filed executive for the staff below ACLM.
