If you're stuck with a bad manager, your growth would suffer as you would watch colleagues from other teams getting promoted before you despite having put it 1/5th of the efforts that you put in.

HR gives false information on company structure and pay structure while onboarding Highly bureaucratic and hierarchy driven org . Power play and manipulation of informations, no transparency in business . Lacks basic infrastructure to do business

The Unit leaders are purely dominated by Sr Leaders and follow their own ego policy . The promotions and increments are purely person basis not performance basis , only system are their to show .
