Working culture is very poor. Salary compensation is also not good for new joinees. No transparency by HR dept regarding policies. Every one wants to rule.. Too much of work load , dept herercay is also not well designed ..person who is working -every one wants to pressurise him regarding performance ..if you know how to make fool of others -only them you can survive.. Too much politics

I am a supervisor in this company under a vendor that's why I am not satisfied with my salary and job security but I can say that it is a good sector and there is a lot of things you can learn here from your senior and teammates.So much tools and techniques are available for shutout the problems with minimum time period.

Good work life balance and sufficient leave through out year. Company always try to develop work knowledge by giving in house and external training.
