The Unit leaders are purely dominated by Sr Leaders and follow their own ego policy . The promotions and increments are purely person basis not performance basis , only system are their to show . Ego of leaders are too much and there is no equilibrium amongst the employees . They make groups of employees to run the site. There is noempathy towards the employees . Eternia windows from Hindalco is a very poor work culture organization headed by a poor experienced CEO and unprofessional VP. They will hire showing big but once employed it is a nightmare. Hire and fire is the policy. Situations are made for new employees to resign like not inviting for meetings, shifting to low potential profiles, start micromanaging things and so on.
