HR department is awfully ignorant of deprived employees sentenced to remote and dirty corners of states without any effective support. HR department is always busy to establish the organisations interests. South Indian employees specially SI Managers terribly hate NI subordinates. No team support, in work site necessary everything is to be arranged by self.

KEC INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD. In this company salary is paid on time and it provides vehicle facility to go to the site and also provides guesthouse for staying.

KEC is a good company. Job security is also good. Timely pay salary to employees. Always think about employees achievement, learning and growth.

Poor Management. HR Monopoly. Never listen to employee difficulty. If you have a connection with higher management people then you will only get benefits.

I dont know about other SBU but in civil 1. There are no fix working hours ur manager will ask to work 12-14 hr 7 days a work. Even on festivals like diwali. 2. At my site Appraisals are given so less that if they were not given then it would be better. 3. In civil SBU when you will write 10 emails to HR then also you will not get a single line reply
