1) Low salary, vedanta pays much better 2) They don't care if you donot get the job role that aligns with your engineering specialization. 3) You will not learn anything about industry 4.0, if you want to gain high value industry skills you are on your own.

Salary structure, Locations and a work culture means lot of politics and partialities happened also management is very poor huge communication gap with HR

...s plant is in startup phase hence high work load and less skilled management. 7. Selection process is based on salary range only importance for skilles are minimal 8. Whole plant team need to improve to reach a standard working lifestyle
