Company had a good name. Which lost with time. There is no management. For freshers it’s a good platform to clear your curiosity as the machines and devices are very well updated but there is no one to help you practically. Even an engineer pulls an electrician ‘s leg.

Too bad rule for employees.. if people feelings sleeping at night or day time people lost this one month salary .but if they work at night time they not get night allowance.

This company is so good like previous company, focus on fast safety on every place. This company has job security, we are working in team work challenging the challenges, fun, friendly, flexible and supportive. Management is transparent. Company policies are good.

... career growth is slow. Learning opportunities are available but inaccessible. Salary structure is bad. Same employees got salary access as compare to their work, designation and qualification. Where same employees got very low grade salary whereas smarter, hard and save works.

Salary growth zero,i have Diploma mechanical 10 years above working here,but no growth ,i have contractual worker,once contractual work enter no facility,no career growth no salary growth,after 10 years working 8 hours duty,10 years working 12 hours per day,no work no pay,heavy Pollution.dust not control,

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
