The chance to work on complex electrical systems, such as the 400kV switchyard project, and the ability to collaborate with experienced professionals is really rewarding. There is no salary benefits and no work life balance. You'll only get 1 promotion in 3-4 years minimum and the company culture is the worst. Employees only talk to the people who are higher than them in the hierarchical ladder and treat the juniors with disrespect.

Very slow career and salary growth hindalco industries is leading aluminum producing company but no benifit comes to ground leval but it is not a problem
