Hikal is a best API company.job security, and work Environment is excellent.work-life balance in hikal is good.from hikal we have learned many things,new technology.hikal has new technology instrument.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow for junior level personal.salary growth is slow.

Management good. Facilities given good. More reliable job work and good nature and support by management employee and other department employee

1) Appraisals are like very low 1% such a way, now a days our life expensive are gradually increasing but not salary due to this more pressuring towards financial status. 2) In company phone access are completely restricted in the way of safety, but we are missing emergency calls, for atleast in lunch break time need permission for phones. 3) Now a days children educations became so expensive so related to children education need some policy. 4) Medical insurance limit is not sufficient now a days so expecting more limit towards the medical insurance.
