...senior person has to report junior person. then how senior persons will work. 3.Who is giving resignation, retaining them give good salary immediately. But what about who is want continue Hikal? For them no values. 4.one person joined as Executive production now he is sr. Manager production. Within 10-12 years. He is only Bsc. By favourism. Now his salary is 17-18 lacs PA. 5.persons who works longer time don't have value. 6.Asst.manger/ Dy. manager production working in the shift duty. & Executive working in G shift. 7.Doing Leave With out pay of workers/ Executive/ Asst manager/ Dy. manager. Etc... if they absent some time... 8 No professional... 9.At the time of increment doing favourism, not seeing his how long he serviced here... His Qualification.. 10. Persy supposed retaining after resignation, but he again leaving after 6-8 months. Means ?

1) Appraisals are like very low 1% such a way, now a days our life expensive are gradually increasing but not salary due to this more pressuring towards financial status. 2) In company phone access are completely restricted in the way of safety, but we are missing emergency calls, for atleast in lunch break time need permission for phones. 3) Now a days children educations became so expensive so related to children education need some policy. 4) Medical insurance limit is not sufficient now a days so expecting more limit towards the medical insurance.
