Dislikes

I was selected for a Shield process but had to gone through a lengthy complex form at the office without HR support. Despite the difficulties, we managed to submit it. However, they have not issued a job offer letter yet, but provided a joining date after a week. & today joining date has been passed out & i'm still waiting for their response & none of them even taking care to follow with me to inform about what's exactly happening here. Why is taking such a long.

Operations Team under the leadership of Harjeet, Balaji and Kirrit Patel.

Dislikes

Their salary conditions are worst. Every month salary comes low and will be adjusted as arrears the nxt month. HR named Selvakumar Sakthivel. I dont know how he became an HR. He threatens victims of POSH cases. HR like him should be jailed for such criminal mindsets.

Dislikes

Starts with management one of the terrible magangement and toxic managers. Transportation team is really challenging and can give you hard time whenver they want and you can't complain about it. Work-culture is very toxic worst policies are there you can't get ill or else you'll face deductions from salary, yes you can apply SL but they have vpa ratings. Job insecurity would always be there if management don't like you than it's over for you.

The atmosphere was good in my team and the work load was not that high.

Dislikes

My first salary is still not paid in full even after half a year at the office, the canteen is infested with rats, they change the salary structure without informing the employees, the working hours are not fixed and no overtime pay and a lot of other bad things.

Dislikes

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.
