...od, HR doesn't support people, while recruiting the promises made are all vague. Salary is also not constant here.

I was working with hexaware for a year during COVID time. The only thing I liked was able to put some creativity in my work.

...omotion and appraisals. Bias management and outdated systems provided to work. 12-14 hrs working per day was expected without OT or any compensation.

Close to everything. Disgusting work place and environment. No proper complaint redressal mechanism. I don't see HR's getting into people relations, they are mostly glued to their desks busy in recruiting. You will be told that your working hours are 9 and half hours every day but you will see yourself doing 12 hours on a normal day. You will always find new people to talk to cause the old ones move out very often. At times you might be threatened that you would lose your job if you work doesn't please the one's above you. Should I go on.... (Ps: Do not go to CS, you'll know later.) All this info is just to let you guys know that you might have a hard time there, that's all.

...ntire system. Job security: you have a secured job until you are good at it. Salary hike: If you have worked for 5 years in a row do not expect for much of a hike in those 5 years, in fact you will wonder is this all I could earn in all these years and laugh at yourself. Salary release: I would praise in this case because they have never been late in terms of salary releases. Salary system: they work on the basis of ratings: 5 is the max and 1 is the least, 3 rating is average and good to go. 4 and rating 5 is good and the best. Do not expect to get a fixed salary on your pay slip and your account. If you are planning to quit start preparing 3 months prior and work on the highest rating with the same consistency for the next 3 months to show it in your next organisation.

Work is too much stressful because the people handling the top management are inefficient to manage it. They will give themselves totally into the clients and encourage every silly orders put in.
