Salary hike: If you have worked for 5 years in a row do not expect for much of a hike in those 5 years, in fact you will wonder is this all I could earn in all these years and laugh at yourself. Salary release: I would praise in this case because they have never been late in terms of salary releases. Salary system: they work on the basis of ratings: 5 is the max and 1 is the least, 3 rating is average and good to go. 4 and rating 5 is good and the best. Do not expect to get a fixed salary on your pay slip and your account. If you are planning to quit start preparing 3 months prior and work on the highest rating with the same consistency for the next 3 months to show it in your next organisation.

Dislikes

Their salary conditions are worst. Every month salary comes low and will be adjusted as arrears the nxt month. HR named Selvakumar Sakthivel. I dont know how he became an HR. He threatens victims of POSH cases. HR like him should be jailed for such criminal mindsets.

Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

Depending upon the project you will experience differently. Hexaware gives a lot of training programs, udemy, hackathon to upskill oneself. Leave policy is good.

...t change even if you escalate. Compensation is another word for favour for them. Very less package and rare chances of promotion with 15 % hike in promotion. 4. No Bonus kind of thing exists. and many more..
