Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .
A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer .
Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.
...st performer, it is not counted in appraisals. So what's use of best performing. You can sit quietly and get salary n go home. This is what demotivates emp and they leave rather than downgrading own performance.
Work life balance was a joke. Despite being rated 5/5 consecutively for 2 years, no hike nor any promotions. They really play dirty politics. Senior management favors female candidates more than male candidates. No appreciation for the dedicated work male employees. Zero learning or upskill opportunity other than Udemy courses which will not be considered for any other position unless you have hands on experience.
Depending upon the project you will experience differently. Hexaware gives a lot of training programs, udemy, hackathon to upskill oneself.
Leave policy is good.
...t change even if you escalate. Compensation is another word for favour for them. Very less package and rare chances of promotion with 15 % hike in promotion.

Totally BPO work culture , no ethics to deal with higher work experiences individuals
Only AMER region based projects
No shift allowances , no motivation to work positively
