No respect for personal time; I often have to work late without pay. Contractors are expected to work twice as hard as full-time employees, yet receive no compensation during client holidays.

It's shocking how out of touch the leadership is with the realities of working remotely. The workload is unmanageable, and there's no help in sight. Work-life balance? What a joke. I was hired through a consultancy and only kept for a few months until the project ended. After that, I was let go without any communication.

Management only cares about the bottom line, not the staff. I’ve never worked in a place with such blatant casteism. It’s appalling and damaging. . Micromanagement, constant deadlines, and no proper guidance. You're expected to perform above your level but given no real tools to succeed.

If you value your mental health, stay away. The stress here is unbearable and unrelenting. This job will drain your motivation and creativity over time.

.... You never feel secure in your position. The work-life balance is non-existent. Expect to be on call 24/7 with no extra pay. Lacking diversity and inclusion; the atmosphere is unwelcoming to many.
